Royal Marina is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom top-floor condo at Avalon at Clearwater, about 10 minutes by car from Clearwater Beach. It is a comfortable choice for families, couples, and longer stays that need more room than a typical hotel stay.

The primary bedroom includes a king bed, while the second bedroom has two double beds. The living room also includes a queen sleeper sofa. The primary ensuite bathroom has a shower and tub combination, and the second bathroom features a spacious glass-enclosed shower.

Set on the third and top floor of a walk-up building, Royal Marina offers added privacy and no neighbors above. Access is by stairs only, as there is no elevator.

The condo includes high-speed Wi-Fi up to 500 Mbps and a private balcony for enjoying the Florida weather.

For beach days, we provide six beach towels, four beach chairs, one cooler, and one umbrella.

Registered guests also have access to the community pool, fitness room, and on-site parking, subject to Avalon community rules and availability.

It was perfectly located for all the things we wanted to do. The bed was very comfortable. Very homey and beautiful. Shower was amazing. Very clean. Everything you would need was there for you. The restaurant ABE'S right next door was awesome and across the street was Publix which came in handy. Cristian and Cristina were great hosts. Made easy checking in and out with clear instructions.
