  Our stay at Royal Vacation Clearwater was amazing! Hosts were very responsive, condo was VERY clean and provided everything we needed for the week. Location was fabulous, only 5 mins from the beach and 15-20 from Tampa. We even drove to Universal for a day and it only took 1.5 hours. Would definitely stay here again!

  Went for a long weekend to Clearwater for golf. Easy to get to condo from Airport. Plenty of places to golf within 10 mins of condo. The unit is on the 3rd floor and super clean and quiet. The owners give very good detailed instructions on condo access. Very clean around the property.  There’s a Publix across the street and it is also clean and convenient.   We just returned from an amazing vacation to Clearwater.  One of the reasons for the amazing vacation was our stay at Royal Vacation Clearwater.  We were so pleased with the communication, the condition of the condo and the fact that it had everything we needed, plus more!  Situated in Clearwater, just a short drive to Clearwater Beach, it was central to all the places we wanted to see. We highly recommend this rental unit and the hosts.   Beautiful, clean, updated and had lots of extras. Beach towels, boogie boards, chairs and cooler helped so much fo the beach experience. Thank you for being so prompt on messages and accomidating.  You made this a GREAT experience for my family!!  FIVE stars all around!!

we’re exceptional host with clear communication throughout from access to the property, facilities and even a guide for restaurants, beaches and expeditions.

  This was an amazing experience! The condo way absolutely stunning and very clean!  The condo was spacious and relaxing. The host was very informative and responded right away every time !   The condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all necessities. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were roomy. The pool was a little too warm to feel cool, but it didn’t keep us from going in. Owners were super easy to communicate and communicated very well.   Our vacation was perfect! The condo was immaculate, awesome beach theme decor and close to everything! We prefer to stay inland and less than a 5 minute drive to the beach.  Close to everything and the owners were very helpful, informative and kind! We loved the condo community and we will be back again this summer! We can't wait.  Thank you! :)

Loved this condo! Great location!! Grocery store right across the street and many restaurants and fast food options! Clearwater beach just down the road , along with many other restaurants and shopping! The condo was very clean, extra spacious, (so nice to have space & not be jammed in a hotel room) loved the covered porch for morning coffee!!! Beds were very comfortable, beautiful upgrades to make it beachy! Very nice gated community, easy to come and go! Very quiet area, peaceful sleep at night! Easy parking right outside the door! Nice touches with all the extras like nice flat screen tv’s and games available too! Beautiful pool easy to access! We absolutely loved staying here and never wanted to leave! We will be back! Thank you for a great experience!

It was perfectly located for all the things we wanted to do. The bed was very comfortable. Very homey and beautiful. Shower was amazing. Very clean. Everything you would need was there for you. The restaurant ABE'S right next door was awesome and across the street was Publix which came in handy. Cristian and Cristina were great hosts. Made easy checking in and out with clear instructions. Provided map of complex so you could find everything. We would stay there again.

This beautiful condo was everything we hoped for and more. Tastefully furnished and well equipped, Cristian and Cristina's condo was immaculately clean and extremely comfortable and we immediately felt at home. The communication with the owners was straightforward and their instructions and information were easy to follow. The WiFi connection was excellent and the provision of a washing machine and dryer was extremely useful, as was the beach equipment. We have been visiting the Clearwater area for many years and stayed in a few top class hotels but this condo far surpassed any other accommodation we have stayed in before and we would have no hesitation in recommending the Avalon Paradise to others. We will certainly be back...!

This is a great 2 bedroom place in a safe, quiet condo complex, perfect for families with 1-2 young kids. My 11 and 13 year old each had their own bed and the Wi-Fi met their standards as well! It was easy to drive to Clearwater Beach, St. Pete or Tampa with no hassle. Also Publix, Walmart are both close for quick pickups. Hosts set us up with everything we needed and beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler are included in the rental, which proved a big help. Would definitely recommend renting this unit -- it's a great value if you're looking for a quiet, clean well-appointed space.

It was great staying at Cristian's place. The apartment is very spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped and there were even beach chairs and an umbrella to use. The pool really beautiful and we spent a lot of time there swimming. Cristian was always quick in answering and made us feel really relaxed. Thank you for everything.

Perfect vacation rental! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cristian's condo. Wonderful location, neat and clean accommodations and the unit was well equipped for all our needs. The gated community was lovely, and the unit location was private and quiet. Condo a very short walk from the pool which we used often! Unit layout is great with bedrooms on opposite sides for privacy. The location was amazing and we really enjoyed our day trips to Clearwater Beach, Dunedin, Largo, Indian Rocks, Tampa, Tarpon Springs, and even Sarasota!! We took a day trip to Honeymoon Island and a boat over to Caledesi Island State Park for a wonderful day of shelling and walking along the most beautiful beach in the area (in our opinion). Grocery and restaurants within walking distance from the condo as well as plenty of places a short drive away. Great local parks for the kids too (Largo Central Park was remarkable). I cannot say enough!! :) Highly recommend a stay here... Cristian was an excellent host, responding to all requests and questions within minutes. You will not be disappointed... we will be returning for another vacation in the near future!

The condo was beautiful!! It was a part of a gated community that was safe, we were able to park out rental car right outside and were a short walk away from a wonderful pool that is a part of the site. The rooms were beautifully arranged and super comfortable! We enjoyed our stay in Cristian's condo!
