All four condos are just a short walk from both the heated pool and the 24/7 gym. The walk is inside the gated community on safe, well-lit paths, and most guests reach the amenities in about 2 to 3 minutes. The location is convenient without being too close, so you avoid pool noise while still having easy access whenever you want to relax or work out.
Yes. All of our condos are fully equipped for extended stays. You’ll have a complete kitchen, in-unit laundry, fast Wi-Fi, spacious layouts, and everything needed for remote work or family trips. Many guests stay for weeks or even months and love the home-like comfort.
Our condos generally do not accept pets, but you’re welcome to reach out with your specific situation. We review each request individually. Please note that the Avalon community has strict HOA rules, including a maximum pet weight of 20 pounds. Approval must meet both our guidelines and the association’s regulations.

Your booking is confirmed instantly once the payment goes through, and you’ll receive an automated email with all the details of your stay.
The price you see at checkout is transparent, with no hidden surprises. The only extra charge applies if your group exceeds 4 guests. In that case, there is a $15 per person per day fee to cover additional utilities, laundry, and supplies. All taxes and the standard cleaning fee are displayed upfront during booking.
