Come share our dream condo located in the heart of Clearwater! These spacious suite features two appointed, separate bedrooms.
The condo is only 3 miles away from the one of the most beautiful beach - Clearwater Beach. The condo is located on the 3rd (and top) floor of a walk-up building inside the Avalon in Clearwater, a quiet gated community and features club house, heated pool, gym and free parking.
The condo itself is spacious and well laid out with 2 bedrooms/bathrooms and the living room in between which provides lots of privacy.
The condo has high vaulted ceilings and has a balcony that is perfect for enjoying the Florida weather. It Includes free 100 Mbps Wi-Fi, as well as TV service with channels.
The condo is close to groceries and other amenities and a short drive to downtown Clearwater and the beach.
For your trip to the beach: beach towels, beach umbrella, portable chairs and cooler are also available for guests use.

Our stay at Royal Vacation Clearwater was amazing! Hosts were very responsive, condo was VERY clean and provided everything we needed for the week. Location was fabulous, only 5 mins from the beach and 15-20 from Tampa. We even drove to Universal for a day and it only took 1.5 hours. Would definitely stay here again!

Went for a long weekend to Clearwater for golf. Easy to get to condo from Airport. Plenty of places to golf within 10 mins of condo. The unit is on the 3rd floor and super clean and quiet. The owners give very good detailed instructions on condo access. Very clean around the property. There’s a Publix across the street and it is also clean and convenient. We just returned from an amazing vacation to Clearwater. One of the reasons for the amazing vacation was our stay at Royal Vacation Clearwater. We were so pleased with the communication, the condition of the condo and the fact that it had everything we needed, plus more! This was an amazing experience! The condo way absolutely stunning and very clean! The condo was spacious and relaxing. The host was very informative and responded right away every time ! The condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all necessities. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were roomy. The pool was a little too warm to feel cool, but it didn’t keep us from going in. Owners were super easy to communicate and communicated very well. Overall, we would definitely stay again!

The place was very clean and had all of the necessities for a multi-night stay.
The kitchen was better equipped than our home with small appliances, pots and pans of all sizes as well as quality dinnerware and glassware.

LONG BUT INFORMATIVE REVIEW: My family of 5 stayed here for 2 weeks and we had the best experience during our stay. The moment we walked in it felt like home. First off, we have 3 teenagers and there was more than enough space for everyone to hang out when we would relax in the condo. Normally sofa beds are uncomfortable, however it turned out that the sofa bed was very comfortable so my kids alternated turns on it and were content. The bed in the master suite was very comfortable and from what my kids say, the beds in the 2nd room were also very comfortable as well. The bathrooms were very roomy and towels were provided which was really nice to have. The master bathroom has a large storage space which was very useful for us. My wife and I stored most of our things in that space so that it wouldn’t take up room in the living space and it was very convenient. The kitchen has everything that you would need. We went to Costco and bought groceries for the 2 weeks and we had everything that we needed to prepare the meals which was also very convenient. One thing I will add is that the coffee maker had started malfunctioning one day. I reported it to Cristian and he replied right away to try and help troubleshoot the issue. He ended up ordering a new one and having it delivered the very next day which was great because we can’t live without our cups of coffee in the morning. So with that said, they are very responsive when you reach out to them with any needs. The washer and dryer were a huge bonus and much needed especially for a 2 week trip. Sitting out on the balcony and having a drink is also nice when the weather isn’t so hot. Parking was never an issue at the complex. We always had a spot directly in front of the entrance to our building no matter what time we came home. The lock to the door requires a code and not a key which I thought was convenient because I didn’t have to worry about losing or forgetting the key or storing it in a good place. The pool is a very nice place to just relax. My kids really liked it. My wife and I used the gym which has just enough to do some light lifting and some cardio. The location of the condo itself is outstanding. During our time there we went to Indian Rocks beach, Madeira beach, Treasure Island, John’s Pass, and St. Pete’s which were all within about 30 minutes away. Downtown Tampa and the airport are also about 30 minutes away in the other direction. Clearwater Beach itself is less than 10 minutes away. It’s literally 2 lefts out of the complex, drive over the bridge, and you’re there. We also went to Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Beach, and Long Boat Key which were just over an hour away. If you like to fish, there are great places to go. Pier 60 in Clearwater Beach is great, the Tampa Bay bridge (the one that takes you to/from the airport) is about 20 minutes away and Sky Walk bridge which is open 24 hours and about a 45 minute drive but totally worth it. Additionally, all the stores and restaurants are all located close by to the complex. Parking at Clearwater Beach is available if you get there at a decent hour in the morning probably as late as 10 am or if you get there mid afternoon at around 3pm and it’s about $3/hour. If you get there between those hours be prepared to pay $40 for the entire day at one of the private lots or hunting for a spot for a while. If you don’t want to worry about parking an Uber ride is about $17 one way/$34 round trip (which is around what you’d pay for a day of street parking) so that’s one way to not worry about finding a parking spot. You could even ride your bike over the bridge to the beach as well. All in all, Cristian and Cristina were phenomenal hosts. We really hit a home run by selecting this place for our family vacation. We had a wonderful experience at Cristian and Cristina’s property. It was impeccably clean, charming decor and spacious. Cristian shared some excellent suggestions for local restaurants, beaches and tour activities. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas and towels too.

My wife and I wanted a perfect place to spend our 2-week summer vacation with our four kids and Clearwater beach was by far our dream destination.
During our planning stages we stumbled across this condo along with several others. But this condo stuck out by far being just a few minutes drive from the beach and offering everything one could imagine. From the very first inquiry and throughout the entire process up through our visit Cristian and Cristina were absolutely wonderful and accommodating.
The rooms were very clean and cosy and the kitchen was fully equipped, however having the cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas and towels was a wonderful bonus. The condo is in the heart of everything you could possibly want. Nightlife, great food, convenient stores were all in short walking distance.
